They never respond and I feel like I’ve been ignored. It would be nice if they don’t neglect candidates they’ve registered.

I have been working with the Career Legal, Agency since August of 2025 ,my first telephone screening was with Sarah the talent recruiter it was very pleasant. career legal needs to do a better job at finding full time roles for their candidates especially ones who have been with the company for a while. I haven’t been able to receive even a week worth of shifts. I’m not sure how they work but surely it should be first come first served. It just feels unfair as there’s people who have been given way more then some. This needs to be sorted out.
