clientIncredibly poor and unresponsivee when issues arose
We used Compton Group for several placements across our businesses. Two of the candidates they placed with us did not work out and were complete time wasters, and one left without notice after a few months. That left us with significant operational and financial costs on top of the recruitment fee. Two of the candidates also had no experience despite Compton group confirming they had.
When we raised a formal complaint and asked for a commercial resolution, the response focused on their terms of business and unrelated historic matters rather than the quality of the placements. After we replied, they didn't follow up at all.
Separately, a candidate contacted us directly to complain about how their application process had been handled. Again, they had no response to this.
These guys are cowboys and have no intention of assisting businesses with competent placements. They are simply concerned with their fee.
