Great Intro experience with Distinct

Isabella is an absolute superstar. Very helpful, explained all the processes really well and followed conversations up with an email. She took on board my circumstances so that she wasn't trying to put me forward for roles that weren't suitable for me. It's my first time using a recruitment agency to look for work, very impressed with the service. Would 100% recommend.

Distinct / Ben were brilliant in helping me get a new role after I had been made redundant. Very supportive, clear and easy communication and listened / understood what kind of roles and jobs I was interested in. In the nicest way possible I hope not to need them again in the near future but would definitely give them a call straight away if I needed a new job!!

Caitlin Peacock was amazing! I truly can not fault my experience in working with Caitlin at Distinct, she was phenomenal. Her genuine care and ability to negotiate worked hand in hand to get me my perfect role. She kept in contact with me through out and supported me in making some difficult decisions. She spoke openly and honestly about the job roles on offer and her clients expectations which avoided any difficulty for me further down the line - which in my experience is rare! Although I did not get job as the competition was very tough for the role, however with Wills support and help I did get to second and final stage of the recruitment process and he really kept me updated at every stage and was very helpful.
