Applied for a job and was asked to register online and provide all trai ing and qualifications, once that was done I was asked to send passport and all over information then after a few more messages back and forth and waiting for confirmation they decided to just stop replying. Completely unprofessional. Edit: spoken with the director Conner who handled the matter quickly and professionally and i am happy to say i will continue to used ivy to find employment.

Samsul from Ivy rang me within 10 mins to talk through the process of applying through the Agency. He then arranged for me to attend a face to face interview at their offices in Quedgeley that afternoon. After going through all my paperwork he was able to get me signed up and phoned me the next day with a suitable role. Ivy have been professional and caring, checking in with me on a regular basis to make sure I'm happy. The pay is all sorted by them and paid directly into my bank account every week. I have been incredibly impressed with the amount of roles they have available and how professional they have been throughout. I would highly recommend Ivy to work through.

Had poor experience kept cancelling jobs in the evening and then sending places in the morning with short notice, also a lot of miscommunication from a particular consultant (Samsul) as he tells me one thing and the company he sends me to tells me something completely different.
