In the current environment of having to navigate various statutory and professional guidelines and requirements to remain fit to practice, I must acknowledge this organisation to be honest and supportive. They mirror NHS policies and procedures, and this is reassuring. He has probably singlehandedly anchored me with the organisation. Their administrative structure has matured over time, and I believe they are able to retain their workers. For example, I have delt with Roberto in the compliance department for several years now. He is such a pleasant and patient guy! However, he ensures that your file is up-to-date! I have very rarely had problems with payroll, and this has been the case for over 10 years. This has to remarkable and speaks to the financial stability of the organisation.
