I had a very poor experience with QCS Staffing. I was told I would receive feedback within 24 hours, but instead I was left waiting the entire day with no update. When feedback finally arrived, it was vague, lacked any detail, and gave me nothing meaningful to work with after I had put in significant time and effort preparing for the process. Professionalism and respect for candidates were completely lacking, being kept waiting unnecessarily and then dismissed with generic, unreasonable feedback is not acceptable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with this company.

Payment never on time or correct. Never respond to emails or phone calls.

As a recruitment and payments company I feel that the level of service that was worthy of a good review has sadly the service has failed over the last few years. They used to be very good. There have been missed/slow payments, longer payment turnaround, staff are not proactive, attitude on the phone, staff dont answer or return calls. Yet them trying to drum up business you will get plenty of calls. And from speaking to several people in industry I am not alone. I even gave comments and feedback to Quanta and it was just ignored. I couldn't wait to change contracting company!
