Since 2005, I’ve built my career in the HR/People world — across agency, RPO, in-house Talent Acquisition and now Executive Search.
My time leading global TA strategy in FTSE businesses gives me a different lens on hiring: what great really looks like internally, the pressures People teams face, and how to deliver the right candidate at pace. It’s also shaped my ability to recognise “off-brief” talent — the kind of hire that doesn’t look perfect on paper, but can become transformational in the role.
I bring a coaching-led approach to search, supported by talent mapping and a strong grounding in employee engagement. I take time to truly understand the role, the culture and the values behind it — so the match works for both the organisation and the individual.
