Tia was always happy to answer any questions or queries, and provided plenty of help and support going into interviews. Altogether a great experience!

By far my best experience with a recruitment agency to date, everyone was so lovely, they rang me to check in on me, sent me jobs they thought I might be interested in and guided me every step of the way. I dealt with Catherine, who was so helpful and kind every step of the way, but also Josie and Mollie, all of the team are so friendly and there to put you completely at ease. A brilliant company who you should have every faith in.

Catherine was so helpful, efficient, personable, and honestly the kindest woman in helping me secure my new role! Not only is her communication effective, she is very quick at getting back to you, and even sacrifices her free time to check in on you and have a chat with you about any concerns you may have. When looking for a new role recently I applied for a role advertised through Anderson recruitment, Amy Trigg gave me a call and really took the time to talk though the role, my experience and expectations for what I was looking for and for what the company where looking for. After attending the interview she followed up, gave me the opportunity to provide constructive feedback and made me feel as if she genuinely was invested within me and my job search. Having dealt with Amy and a number of the other offie staff I would have no hesitation in recommending them to both a candidate searching for a role or an organisation using an agency to fulfil a role, they take time and care to identify what works best for all parties - and don’t spam you with emails and calls!
