Wouldn’t recommend giving any info to this company - it’s essentially a handful of people with no customer service skills or qualifications sat in an office spamming healthcare staff with calls to try and make commission - they never take into account preferences or location. If you want a good insight into how unethical and awful this company is just google “remedicare education” and read the reports. It was therapeutic to block all numbers and emails so they all get diverted or go straight to junk just to avoid the rude manners and lack of customer service. Also never seen so many emails with spelling mistakes

Megan was great! She took the time to find a good amount of settings considering what my expectations were. Not too many that is was overwhelming but not too little that I didn’t have choices, the perfect amount. She was very calm and patient with me throughout the whole process. She would check in regularly as well which was nice.
